MIKE MASON FUND FOR ST. FRANCIS SOLANUS SCHOOL OF QUINCY, ILLINOIS

Dear Friends,

In 1967, a group of typical youngsters graduated from St. Francis Solanus Grade School.  From that class came:  a Franciscan priest, a television and motion picture star, a professional athlete on the PGA Tour, a medical doctor, a circuit judge, lawyers, nurses, musicians, engineers, entrepreneurs and their spouses, moms and dads, as well as many fine Catholic citizens.

We have been very fortunate to be a member of that fine class.  The values that we learned at that age have made us what we are today.  Our classmate Mike Mason exemplifies these values in such an inspirational way that we have named the fund in his honor.

It is our hope that this example of the quality of our Catholic education will motivate you to help us in achieving our mission.

The class of 1967 of St. Francis Solanus Catholic School is committed to supporting the Catholic education of current and future students of the school.  We encourage other alumni and friends to join us in this endeavor.

Our mission is to provide funds to assist needy families, to provide textbooks and equipment, and to aid in other ways that will increase student's achievement.  In this way we will help young people to become productive Catholic leaders in our community.
